The European Lung Cancer Congress (ELCC) 2027 takes place in Munich on 17–20 March 2027. ELCC is the leading European multidisciplinary meeting devoted to thoracic malignancies, organised by ESMO together with partner societies representing surgery, radiation oncology, pathology and pulmonology.

The programme covers early-stage NSCLC and perioperative immunotherapy, oncogene-addicted disease (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, KRAS G12C, MET, RET, HER2), small cell lung cancer, mesothelioma and thymic tumours, lung cancer screening and early detection, radiotherapy advances, and the management of brain metastases.
