The Longevity Med Summit holds its fifth edition over two days at the Business Design Centre in London. Launched in Cascais, Portugal in 2023 and run from Lisbon in subsequent years, the summit has moved to London with a broadened remit set out in its 2027 manifesto: building what the organisers call the Global Longevity Ecosystem, connecting medicine, diagnostics, AI, wellness, hospitality, healthy buildings, investment, technology and public health on one platform.
The clinical core remains geroscience and preventive medicine. Published focus areas include biological age assessment, biomarkers of ageing, regenerative medicine, cellular reprogramming, longevity therapeutics, precision medicine, artificial intelligence in healthcare, preventive medicine and healthy-ageing interventions. Exhibition sectors run across diagnostics, fitness and movement, supplements, brain and mental health, digital health, spa innovation, regenerative therapies and longevity real estate.
A distinguishing feature of the 2027 edition is Longevity Breakthroughs, a scientific platform through which researchers submit work for selection, present during a dedicated session, and compete for the Longevity Breakthrough of the Year Award. Selected researchers gain visibility among clinicians, investors and industry leaders and are featured across the summit's media channels. Submissions are invited across geroscience, biological age assessment, biomarkers, regenerative medicine, cellular reprogramming, longevity therapeutics, precision medicine, AI in healthcare, preventive medicine and healthy-ageing interventions; researchers should confirm the submission deadline directly with the organisers.
Previous editions have drawn over 1,000 attendees from more than 40 countries, with an audience mixing physicians, researchers, clinic operators, investors and brands. The organisers' stated position is that the field's bottleneck is no longer new ideas but turning innovation into implementation, and the programme is weighted accordingly toward evidence and delivery.
For Gulf-based clinicians and healthcare investors, London in April is an accessible venue and the summit's cross-sector framing matches how longevity services are being built regionally — inside hospitality, real estate and wellness as much as inside clinics.
