Conference abstracts
- Abstract submission deadline: 1 September 2026
- Notification of acceptance: from 1 October 2026
- Accepted presenters must submit a PowerPoint/PDF copy within 3 weeks of the acceptance email (delays may affect CPD accreditation)
- Special requirements must be confirmed with the organiser before 31 December 2026

Poster abstracts
- Poster submission deadline: 30 November 2026
- Notification (acceptance/rejection): from 15 December 2026

Submission is a two-step process: create an account on the AEEDC submissions portal, then create a new submission (select Poster for poster abstracts) and complete all mandatory fields.
OMFS Poster Prizes
Selected participants are notified by email and invited to present their posters before the judging panel.
