4th Arab Resuscitation Council Scientific Conference (ArRC 2026)

    15 Oct 2026 – 17 Oct 2026 · InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates · In-Person

The 4th Arab Resuscitation Council (ArRC) Scientific Conference returns to Dubai from 15 to 17 October 2026 at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, under the theme "Saving Lives Without Borders". Organized by the Arab Resuscitation Council — the regional voice for evidence-based resuscitation and first aid across the Arab world — this flagship 3-day meeting brings together emergency physicians, intensivists, cardiologists, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, nurses, paramedics, trainers and researchers from across the GCC, MENA and beyond.

Thursday, 15 October is dedicated to hands-on pre-conference workshops covering advanced airway management, high-quality CPR, post-arrest care, pediatric and neonatal resuscitation, ultrasound in cardiac arrest, and instructor-level simulation training. Friday and Saturday, 16–17 October, form the two main conference days built around six curated scientific sessions: From Guidelines to Survival; Beyond the Shock — Advanced Strategies in Refractory Cardiac Arrest; After ROSC — Survivorship & Recovery; Ethics Under Pressure; Resuscitation Beyond Hospital Walls; and Every Life Matters — Resuscitation Across Ages. Two plenary sessions — Arab Resuscitation: The Way Forward and Ethics Under Pressure — anchor the program alongside industry-sponsored symposia and a large exhibition of manikins, defibrillators, simulation platforms and healthcare technology.

A major highlight is the return of the Prof. Wael AlMahmeed Resuscitation Research Grant (value AED 75,000) supporting original resuscitation research from Arab investigators. The scientific committee is accepting abstract submissions until 4 June 2026, with notifications on 6 July 2026, and both research and travel grants are open to early-career clinicians.

Registration is tiered: Physicians AED 995 (early bird, until 15 July), AED 1,195 (standard) and AED 1,495 (late/onsite). Nurses, paramedics, residents and allied health professionals pay a flat AED 595, while healthcare students and non-medical attendees pay AED 395. Groups of 10+ receive a 30% discount. Online registration closes on Friday, 9 October 2026.

Aligned with ILCOR consensus and the WHO-EMRO agenda, ArRC 2026 is the region's most focused meeting on cardiac arrest survival, community CPR, resuscitation education and translational research — a must-attend for anyone committed to saving lives across the Arab world.
