It is a great honor to welcome you to the Annual Conference of Kasr Al-Ainy, dedicated this year to the vital and ever-evolving field of Disaster Medicine. In the midst of complex geopolitical circumstances our region and the world are currently experiencing, the importance of disaster medicine becomes even more evident. These challenges remind us that preparedness, coordination, and resilience are not optional — they are essential pillars of effective healthcare systems.
Disaster medicine stands at the intersection of urgency, resilience, and innovation. In a world increasingly challenged by natural and man-made emergencies, our role extends beyond routine care to leadership in critical situations where every decision can save lives and shape outcomes.
This conference provides a valuable platform for exchanging expertise, fostering collaboration, and exploring the latest developments in disaster preparedness, response strategies, and recovery efforts.
Format
- 2 days of hands-on pre-congress workshops at the LRC
- 2 days of plenary sessions, panels and scientific tracks in the Main Conference Hall
- Organized in collaboration with MiSR 2000 Medical Conferences
