A high-impact, hands-on 1.5-day certification program on Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) for endoscopists managing complex colorectal lesions. Covers Paris/LST/Kudo/NICE/JNET lesion classification, predicting submucosal invasion, electrosurgery principles, submucosal injection, standard and underwater EMR, piecemeal strategies for large lesions, margin ablation (STAR/APC), complex polyps (ICV, appendiceal, rectal), complication management (bleeding, perforation, post-polypectomy syndrome), histopathology reporting (Haggitt/Kikuchi), and post-EMR surveillance.

Hands-on: 5 high-fidelity simulation stations, groups of 4 per station, >100 minutes of supervised training per participant. Curriculum benchmarked against JAG UK and ESGE frameworks. Fee: SAR 4,500 (early SAR 3,800).
