The Turkish Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology (Türk Tanısal ve Girişimsel Nöroradyoloji Derneği, TNRD) holds its 36th National Congress from 11 to 14 February 2027 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Şişli in Istanbul.
In the organisers' invitation, neuroradiology is described as a field going through rapid change — advanced MRI and CT techniques, artificial intelligence, neurovascular imaging and endovascular treatment are all evolving at the same time, and diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology are becoming increasingly integrated. The congress continues a 36-year scientific tradition of sharing knowledge and experience across the specialty.
Scientific scope
- Adult and paediatric neuroradiology
- Head and neck imaging
- Spinal imaging
- Advanced imaging techniques (perfusion, diffusion, spectroscopy and functional MRI)
- Artificial intelligence applications in neuroimaging
- Neurovascular imaging and current interventional neuroradiology practice, including stroke and aneurysm treatment
Call for abstracts
Abstracts are accepted in English or Turkish. Only English abstracts will be published in Neuroradiology, the society's official journal.
- English abstract deadline: 18 October 2026
- Turkish abstract deadline: 15 November 2026
Who should attend
Neuroradiologists, diagnostic and interventional radiologists, radiology residents, neurologists, neurosurgeons and stroke teams, and imaging researchers.
Status
The detailed scientific programme will be published once it is finalised. Registration, accommodation, transfer and payment information is available on the official congress website. The congress is mainly in Turkish; CME accreditation is not yet stated.
