The IFEM Global Congress 2027 — formerly ICEM, the International Conference on Emergency Medicine — is the 26th edition of the world's leading emergency medicine congress and the first held under IFEM's new Global Congress identity. It takes place 10–13 June 2027 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with pre-conference workshops and masterclasses on 8–9 June 2027.

Organisers expect more than 3,000 delegates from over 100 countries, with six concurrent tracks across four main congress days plus two pre-conference days. The congress is supported by the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau and Tourism Malaysia.

Abstracts
Abstracts of up to 400 words are accepted in English across the congress tracks, with submissions closing around December 2026 and acceptance notifications in February 2027 (dates to be confirmed). Speakers are primarily nominated by IFEM national member associations, and those confirmed for two or more talks receive a registration fee waiver.
