A living calendar of abstract submission deadlines for 2026 medical conferences across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and worldwide. Every entry below links to the full event profile with the organiser, venue, CME credits and the official submission portal.
How abstract deadlines usually work
- Main call opens 6–9 months before the meeting and closes 3–6 months out.
- Late-breaking windows reopen 4–8 weeks before the meeting, and are normally limited to new trial or outbreak data.
- Acceptance notifications land 4–10 weeks after the deadline; presenters usually must register by an early-bird cut-off.
- Saudi and GCC societies often accept abstracts in English only, with a 250–350 word structured limit.

Can I still submit after the deadline?
